Mexico is personal favorite travel destination of mine. It offers something for every guest. There are amazing white sand beaches that never seem to have hot sand, beautiful coral reefs great for snorkeling, fun eco-parks for those seeking adventure, Mayan Ruins for anyone who is intrigued by history, great shopping on 5th avenue in Playa Del Carmen, and a exciting Miami beach feel on the famous Cancun strip!

Travel Insurance

Here is a brief summary of the most common travel insurance plan that is highly recommended for everyone. This is only a very brief summary, and you should read the full document for the full details. Please note that it is highly recommended that all members of the group have deluxe travel insurance. Click here

RBC Deluxe Travel Insurance covers your emergency medical needs; doctor visits, tests, hospitalization, etc. This plan also covers cancellation, interruption and trip delays, flight accident, travel accident, delayed baggage & personal effects and damaged baggage. All you are required to do is call collect 905 816 2561 as soon as an issue arises and they will make suggestions based on your situation. Please refer to the insurance documents for coverage information.

Anyone over the age of 73 will be required to remit a medical questionnaire prior to booking to ensure the coverage will be permitted by RBC. We will add everyone to the group travel insurance policy at the time of deposit. The premium will be paid with the final payment. As the provincial taxes vary, those amounts will be determined at payment time.

I will require your date of birth at the time of booking your trip to confirm the rate. Anyone declining travel insurance will be required to sign a waiver.

Travel Health Advice

When booking clients to various sun destinations, I am often asked about whether vaccinations are required and other health risks. As everyone's health situation is individual, your family doctor or a travel health clinic are the best people to advise you on what is right for you. I suggest the JEMA International Travel Clinic in St John's at 709 738 5362.
